Amy Smart is a former American model and actor. Amy Smart was born and was raised in California, United States of America. Amy Smart began her modeling career in Italy. Her first acting role was in 1996's TV movie Her Costly Affair. After a difficult fight her way to a role, she got a chance as 'Starship Troopers' in starring in Starship Troopers. It was at first was difficult for her to switch from modelling to acting. It's because the majority of models aren't good actors. And they are usually only given small, insignificant parts.
